As a practitioner of Acupuncture, Reiki, Homeopathy or any other energy medicine technique, you most likely have been asked these or similar questions. While “quantum physics” has often been touted as the answer to energy medicine, most books and classes on the subject are highly unsatisfying and provide few definite answers.

Alternative Medicine in its various forms utilizes aspects of biology which are not well-documented by modern science, whose effects are loosely termed Energy Medicine. While the clinical applications of healing modalities such as Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Reiki, Qigong and many others are well established, a lack of satisfying scientific explanations has limited the growth and use of these techniques by a large percentage of the population who will feel more comfortable when these healing modalities can be better explained in a scientific manner.

This course examines the field of Modern Physics - quantum mechanics, relativity and related subjects - where the tools of modern science have started developing explanations which closely match descriptions of ancient healing phenomena. Typically, however, most people drawn to practice the alternative healing arts are not left-brained math/science experts and so have never formally studied modern physics.

This course finally puts the advanced concepts of Modern Physics into language accessible to the average holistic healer. Greater awareness of the valid science behind Energy Medicine as highly needed here in the early 21st century, to help make these healing techniques more available to the general public.

Dr. Arlan Cage, ND, LAc Dr. Cage is a licensed Naturopathic doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist practicing in Torrance, CA. He attended the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ, and Samra University of Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. He is a member of the California State Oriental Medical Assoc., the American Assoc. of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation, the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and currently serves as the President of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association
